Orders will generally be processed within 3-5 business day. Shipments will take approximately 2 weeks depending on your distance from our location in Bulgaria. We ship internationally to all over the world. All of our items are very well packaged with bubble wrap and custom boxes. All orders are insured and in case of issues the end customer is a 100% percent safe that it will receive another item or refund.
tivelasipottery.com charges a shipping fee depending of the order weight. Our shipping system is configurated to automatically calculate the weight of the different items and provide the lowest shipping price when you add all the items in the checkout system. We generally use Fedex, DHL or Bulgarian Post as our preferred carrier services and depending on your location we choose the carrier.

All packages will be shipped using priority shipping with insurance. Occasionally due to weather there may be unavoidable delays.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments
Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
At Tivelasi Pottery®, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a refund within 15 days.
You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number during this 30-day period to qualify for a refund. To request an RMA number, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. providing us with the order number (which appears on your packing list), the name or Product ID of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and email address, and the reason for the return (please provide as much detail as possible). You will receive a response with your RMA Number and any special return instructions, typically within one business day. If your return is in any way a result of an error by Tivelasi Pottery®, we will provide you with a refund and all applicable shipping costs.
If the return is not the result of an error by Tivelasi Pottery®, you will be responsible for all shipping and any gift wrap costs incurred for the order and all costs associated with returning the item. Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition. IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way.
No refunds will be available after the 15-day returns period has expired.
Promotion Codes on Returned Orders
If you have used a promotion code on an order and then return all parts of that order as a result of an error on Tivelasi Pottery®'s part, we will issue you a new promotion code for a future purchase on the site. If the return did not result from an error by Tivelasi Pottery®, you will be unable to re-use the original promotion code.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way. Please note that gift wrap charges are not refundable.
Tivelasi Pottery® is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA.
Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition in which it was received.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Tivelasi Pottery® reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
